Where's Waldo Wed, 31 Oct 2007 13:53:04 -0500 Yesterday on the Garden City campus of Adelphi University, residence
building, Waldo Hall, mysteriously disappeared. The area that once
held Waldo Hall is now a vacant grassy lot. The most frightening part
about this whole ordeal is that not only has the entire building
completely vanished, but all of its residents have gone missing as well.
Lisa DeMoore, sophomore cheese-making major recalls the incident. I was playing Frisbee in the quad with some of my friends, Lisa states, and the entire building disappeared before our very eyes. DeMoores friend, Katlynn Baines, states The entire situation is really weird . Wheres Waldo? Where is Waldo? And more importantly, where is Waldos residents? Brendon Meyers, super senior origami major, hysterically tells us his story. This is my fifth year at Adelphi, Meyers states. Ive lived in the same room in Waldo since I was a freshman. Nervously twiddling his thumbs, Meyers continues I moved out only three days ago because I couldnt afford living on campus just think Meyers was too distraught to continue telling us his story. Christina Jarvis, undeclared junior, was one of the students who lived in Waldo Hall. Jarviss mother states, Christina comes home every weekend. She called me Friday night saying that she was going to stay at school this weekend to get some homework done. Jarviss mother continues to say that Christina was a very good student and always got straight As. Local police had no comment to make except for the fact that they assure us that they are doing their best to find Waldo Hall and all of its residents. Until police can figure out what has happened, other residents of the Garden City campus are enjoying the extra room to play Frisbee in the quad Print
